H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence, officially launched the ‘Dubai PropTech Hub’: a pioneering initiative aimed at transforming Dubai into a global leader in real estate technology and innovation.

Established under the directives of the Dubai Future Foundation and in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department, the Dubai PropTech Hub will serve as a central platform to accelerate the integration of cutting-edge technologies into the property sector. From AI-powered valuation tools and virtual reality property tours to blockchain-enabled transactions and data-driven urban planning, the initiative will bring together innovators, investors, developers, and regulators to shape the future of real estate.

Speaking at the launch, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan said:

“Our goal is to make Dubai the most advanced and future-ready real estate market in the world. The Dubai PropTech Hub is a bold step toward integrating smart solutions, enhancing investor confidence, and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a preferred global destination for property innovation and excellence.”

The PropTech Hub reflects Dubai’s broader vision to become a smart city powered by innovation, sustainability, and digital infrastructure. It also supports the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the We the UAE 2031 vision by promoting entrepreneurship, foreign investment, and cross-sector collaboration.
